REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the AdTech or programmatic advertising space. Understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager 360, Header Bidding, OpenRTB protocols, and other related technologies.
- Understanding of publisher needs and the digital monetization landscape.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at managing the full sales cycle.
- Advanced in English, additional languages are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and target new publishers that meet our strict selection criteria.
- Present Bidmatic’s product suite, including Website Monetization, Video Content Creation, and Header Bidding Wrapper, with authority and precision.
- Guide publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each publisher.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term publisher relationships.
