REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or Web Service environment
• Pre-Intermediate English, good writing skills in English (Intermediate)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management
• Ability to interpret user research and analytics data to inform design decisions
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design ideas, collaborate with team members, and conduct and analyze usability tests
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Portfolio showcasing your UX design work, highlighting your design process and problem-solving skills
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Understanding of IT Technologies and Digital Advertising
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design aspects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs
• UX Design: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes for marketing assets, ensuring designs align with user needs and business goals
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that drive engagement and conversion
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with our brand identity
• Data-Driven Design: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on and improve the user experience
• Usability Testing: Organize and run usability testing sessions and gather feedback to refine designs
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate on web service pages, user flow pages, and email design to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Stay Current: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design, especially in the SaaS space
