REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with software (PC), technologies: Office Suite, CRM systems
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage
  • Required experience: Proven B2B sales experience; experience in selling marketing services, media, or advertising (TV, radio, digital) is a plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term, strong relationships with clients
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work in a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying potential clients and determining the best ways and channels to reach them
  • Finding new clients in the information space, at conferences, exhibitions, etc.
  • Analyzing client needs and selecting the optimal solution from the company’s existing products (in cooperation with specialists from other departments – strategists, analysts, media planners)
  • Preparing commercial offers for potential clients – addressing objections, providing arguments
  • Controlling the implementation of sold projects (document management, finance, legal matters, advertising campaign launches, results)
