REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a business or product analyst in IT products
- Requirements management: gathering, formalizing, prioritizing, and monitoring changes
- Documenting and describing functional and non-functional requirements, creating user flows, and process diagrams
- Experience with hypotheses: A/B testing, evaluating results, and scaling successful solutions
- Handling client feedback: translating requests into specific product improvements
- Proficiency in defining product metrics, analyzing user behavior, and using RICE frameworks
- Responsibility for outcomes and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building a bridge between technical and business teams
- Flexible thinking and a willingness to adapt approaches based on new data or priorities
- Proactive attitude and a drive to improve processes without excessive bureaucracy
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana
- Basic understanding of client-server architecture principles to improve communication with developers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Task Management: Formulate and oversee task assignments for the development team
- Prioritization Using RICE and Criticality: Prioritize tasks based on business value and constraints, applying modern prioritization methodologies
- Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure two-way communication between the development team and business stakeholders. Communicate both short-term and long-term business objectives, gather feedback, and quickly adjust focus as needed
- Defining KPI and OKR: Collaborate with management to establish key product metrics and development goals, track their progress, propose hypotheses, and suggest improvements
- Documentation and User Flows: Create detailed descriptions of functionality and user flows for new features in tools like Jira and Notion, keeping documentation up-to-date
- Data and Analytics: Use internal analytics tools to validate hypotheses, evaluate feature impact, and analyze post-release statistics
- Feedback Collection: Initiate and structure processes for collecting client feedback, analyze results, and propose onboarding optimizations and functional improvement
