REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a business or product analyst in IT products
  • Requirements management: gathering, formalizing, prioritizing, and monitoring changes
  • Documenting and describing functional and non-functional requirements, creating user flows, and process diagrams
  • Experience with hypotheses: A/B testing, evaluating results, and scaling successful solutions
  • Handling client feedback: translating requests into specific product improvements
  • Proficiency in defining product metrics, analyzing user behavior, and using RICE frameworks
  • Responsibility for outcomes and the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building a bridge between technical and business teams
  • Flexible thinking and a willingness to adapt approaches based on new data or priorities
  • Proactive attitude and a drive to improve processes without excessive bureaucracy

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Basic understanding of client-server architecture principles to improve communication with developers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Task Management: Formulate and oversee task assignments for the development team
  • Prioritization Using RICE and Criticality: Prioritize tasks based on business value and constraints, applying modern prioritization methodologies
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure two-way communication between the development team and business stakeholders. Communicate both short-term and long-term business objectives, gather feedback, and quickly adjust focus as needed
  • Defining KPI and OKR: Collaborate with management to establish key product metrics and development goals, track their progress, propose hypotheses, and suggest improvements
  • Documentation and User Flows: Create detailed descriptions of functionality and user flows for new features in tools like Jira and Notion, keeping documentation up-to-date
  • Data and Analytics: Use internal analytics tools to validate hypotheses, evaluate feature impact, and analyze post-release statistics
  • Feedback Collection: Initiate and structure processes for collecting client feedback, analyze results, and propose onboarding optimizations and functional improvement
