REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • English — upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well with a team
  • Strong computer skills, deep knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • With a solid working knowledge of Google Ad Manager,Google AdSense and Google AdExchange (MCM)
  • Account management experience in digital advertising
  • Able to handle with multitasking job

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • B2B sales experience in the field of digital marketing and online advertising
  • Strong understanding of the advertising market
  • Outbound sales to US/CA/UK markets
  • Experience in managing/monitoring online advertising campaigns (CPM/CPC/CPA)
  • Understanding of Header Bidding technology, OpenRTB auction, and programmatic advertising
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and conduct calls/meetings with the clients
  • Grow and optimize current accounts by identifying, closing up-sell opportunities and analyzing current efficiency and performance of ad campaigns
  • Work with clients and traffic analysts team on optimization of ad campaigns results. Emphasis on revenue maximization and client retention through effective inventory and campaign management
  • Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
  • Analyzing user experience, partner’s feedback and providing ideas that may improve our platform
