REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- English — upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
- Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well with a team
- Strong computer skills, deep knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- With a solid working knowledge of Google Ad Manager,Google AdSense and Google AdExchange (MCM)
- Account management experience in digital advertising
- Able to handle with multitasking job
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- B2B sales experience in the field of digital marketing and online advertising
- Strong understanding of the advertising market
- Outbound sales to US/CA/UK markets
- Experience in managing/monitoring online advertising campaigns (CPM/CPC/CPA)
- Understanding of Header Bidding technology, OpenRTB auction, and programmatic advertising
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and conduct calls/meetings with the clients
- Grow and optimize current accounts by identifying, closing up-sell opportunities and analyzing current efficiency and performance of ad campaigns
- Work with clients and traffic analysts team on optimization of ad campaigns results. Emphasis on revenue maximization and client retention through effective inventory and campaign management
- Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
- Analyzing user experience, partner’s feedback and providing ideas that may improve our platform
