REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience working with internal HR policies and employee onboarding
- Ability to build long-term relationships with employees
- Decision-making skills and the ability to independently choose the best approaches to finish tasks
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- High level of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, stress resilience
- English level — Upper-Intermediate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding new employees, introducing them to the team, and providing ongoing support
- Organizing team-building activities, corporate events
- Supporting performance reviews and creating development plans
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members
- Identifying and resolving conflicts
- Optimizing HR processes, documentation, and fostering corporate cultures
