REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field
Proven portfolio of web and graphic design projects
Basic knowledge of web design, markups, and styles, such as HTML, CSS, etc.
Proficient in graphic design software applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Creative and innovative thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and preferences for the website and graphic design
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and storyboards to illustrate the design ideas and user flows
Design responsive or adaptive websites for developers
Design and edit graphics, logos, icons, images, UI kit components, and other visual elements for the website, marketing materials, and other promo campaigns
Design and edit presentations, mediakits, and other promo materials for business departments
Design and edit corporate offline mockups for conferences and other events
Ensure all graphic materials are compliant with Brand guidelines
Test the website and graphic design across browsers, devices, and platforms
Optimize the website and graphic design for accessibility and usability
Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in web and graphic design
