WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Pre-Sales in the IT sphere
- Some college education or relevant customer service experience
- Experience with customer support platforms (LiveAgent, Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
- Understanding of the digital advertising industry (online or offline)
- Experience using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chats, emails, and tickets promptly and professionally
- React immediately to customer requests to minimize response time
- Provide business and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex issues
- Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Continuously improve support processes and documentation (how-to guides, manuals, FAQs)
- Stay updated on product features and market trends
- Engage in self-learning and knowledge sharing with teammates
