REQUIREMENTS: 

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at media agencies, within major publishers’ teams, or on advertising platforms 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team 
• Excellent command of Ukrainian, both spoken and written 

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

• Willingness to travel across Ukraine for face-to-face meetings with clients 
• Strong understanding of the digital industry 
• Familiarity with RTB and the programmatic landscape 
• Experience working with Google advertising products (Ad Manager, DV360) 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients in Ukraine, including acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships 
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase deal volumes 
• Conduct negotiations and sign agreements with clients 
• Ensure effective communication with clients and provide regular reports on performance results 
• Assist clients in developing and implementing monetization strategies, taking into account the impact of advertising on SEO 
• Initiate the implementation of new processes to improve and enhance the quality of client service 
• Monitor client satisfaction with strategies, placements, purchases, and overall platform performance 
• Initiate the development and oversee the implementation of new advertising formats
