REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years in B2B sales in digital media, ad tech, or SaaS, with a focus on publishers, video content, or monetization platforms
- Familiarity with publisher monetization strategies — both direct sales and programmatic (VAST/RTB/Prebid)
- A network of Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers, ad networks, or reseller contacts is a major plus
- Proven ability to handle commercial negotiations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and signing publishers that will benefit from HeroVideo’s automated video creation and monetization suite
- Position HeroVideo not only as a content solution but also as a revenue-generating opportunity for publishers through true-view video formats, progressive autoplay, and social video distribution
- Guide publishers through technical and editorial onboarding
- Educate publishers on video SEO, user engagement tools, and video strategy
- Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
- Represent HeroVideo at digital publishing and ad tech events
