REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years in B2B sales in digital media, ad tech, or SaaS, with a focus on publishers, video content, or monetization platforms
  • Familiarity with publisher monetization strategies — both direct sales and programmatic (VAST/RTB/Prebid)
  • A network of Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers, ad networks, or reseller contacts is a major plus
  • Proven ability to handle commercial negotiations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and signing publishers that will benefit from HeroVideo’s automated video creation and monetization suite
  • Position HeroVideo not only as a content solution but also as a revenue-generating opportunity for publishers through true-view video formats, progressive autoplay, and social video distribution
  • Guide publishers through technical and editorial onboarding
  • Educate publishers on video SEO, user engagement tools, and video strategy
  • Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
  • Represent HeroVideo at digital publishing and ad tech events
