REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years in digital sales, ideally in AdTech or SaaS
  • Proven track record in sales and closing deals, preferably within the AdTech or Saas
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and compellingly
  • Willing to learn quickly
  • English B2 and higher level (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at managing the full sales cycle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from first demo to negotiation and closing
  • Guide publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with publishers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each publisher
  • Report on pipeline metrics, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets
