REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in digital sales, ideally in AdTech or SaaS
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals, preferably within the AdTech or Saas
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and compellingly
- Willing to learn quickly
- English B2 and higher level (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at managing the full sales cycle
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the entire sales cycle: from first demo to negotiation and closing
- Guide publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with publishers
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each publisher
- Report on pipeline metrics, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets
