REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to quickly find solutions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Work from the office, location: Odesa, Admiralskyi Avenue

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office supplies and procurement: monitoring and ordering water, coffee, snacks, stationery, medications; communication with suppliers; searching for updated product options
  • Assisting with employee business trips: searching and booking accommodation, purchasing tickets (bus/train/flight), communicating with hotels, carriers, and employees
  • Supporting branded merchandise orders: selecting vendors, further communication, and order control
  • Creating a comfortable office environment: organizing relaxation areas, assisting with purchasing furniture, equipment, or gadgets
  • Assisting in organizing celebrations and maintaining office atmosphere: decorating the office, ordering treats, preparing holiday and corporate events
  • Supporting the HR team with internal tasks and incoming requests
