REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience with Golang (production systems)
Solid understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and memory model
Experience building high-load / low-latency systems
Knowledge of network protocols (HTTP, TCP, gRPC)
Experience with profiling and performance optimization
Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
Experience with Linux environments

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Experience in AdTech / VAST / RTB
Knowledge of ClickHouse, Redis, Aerospike, or similar high-performance data stores
Experience with custom queues, worker pools, ring buffers
Familiarity with VAST, OpenRTB, OMID
Experience with Kubernetes / Docker
Understanding of network and kernel-level performance tuning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain high-load backend services written in Golang
Build low-latency, high-throughput systems for real-time advertising (RTB, SSP, DSP components)
Optimize performance, memory usage, and GC behavior under heavy load
Work with concurrent and asynchronous systems (goroutines, channels, atomic operations, lock-free/ low-lock structures)
Design and maintain APIs (gRPC / HTTP)
Participate in architecture decisions and performance reviews
Analyze production issues using profiling and tracing tools (pprof, metrics, logs)
Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and data teams
