REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Administrator / Personnel Officer 
  • Practical experience in maintaining military records in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation 
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and regulatory acts related to personnel administration 
  • Experience in maintaining employment records (paper and electronic labor books) 
  • Experience in creating and maintaining employee personal files and personal cards 
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach to work 
  • Location: Odesa (hybrid work format) 

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE: 

  • Understanding or practical experience in maintaining military records at a company with critical infrastructure status 
  • Knowledge or experience in preparing documentation for reserving (booking) military-liable employees 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Full personnel administration and HR documentation management 
  • Processing hiring, transfers, and terminations of employees 
  • Maintaining, recording, and storing employees’ labor books 
  • Creating and maintaining personal files and personal employee records 
  • Organizing, maintaining, and controlling military records of conscripts and military-liable employees 
  • Supporting military records processes at a company with critical infrastructure status 
  • Preparing, submitting, and supporting documentation for employee reserving (booking) 
  • Liaising with Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC & SSC), preparing required reports and official responses 
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance of personnel and military records with legal requirements 
  • Providing consultations to employees on HR-related matters
