REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Experience as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead
  • Strong hands-on backend skills (Golang, PHP)
  • Experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems
  • Strong system design and architecture skills
  • Ownership mindset, responsible for technical decisions and delivery
  • English, Intermediate or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the Technical Lead of the product
  • Take full ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle and engineering roadmap
  • Design and drive the system architecture and technical implementation
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
  • Drive technical innovation, tool selection, and engineering best practices
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support and mentor the engineering team
  • Actively contribute as a hands-on engineer and participate in product development
  • Continuously improve and evolve the product architecture and technical quality
