REQUIREMENTS: 

  • English — Upper Intermediate — Advanced (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well in a team
  • Strong computer skills, deep knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills: being able to be comfortable with digging through data, manipulating it in Excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients
  • Ability to handle with multitasking job Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 

WILL BE A PLUS: 

  • Knowledge of Video and Banner digital advertisement infrastructure
  • Experience in CTV advertising
  • Experience working with remote teams

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to your client and being able to find and upsell new opportunities and explore untapped opportunities
  • Maintaining a deep and strong understanding of the platforms and tools used for ad serving and analytics within the company
  • Optimizing the traffic flow of your customers and launching new traffic sources
  • Collaboration with internal teams including product management, ad operation, traffic analysts, sales, and demand team to find and provide the best possible solutions
  • Understanding your client’s needs and requirements and translating them for your team leads
  • Building long-lasting and fruitful relationships with the client through verbal and oral communication and handling the client’s needs in a timely manner
