REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of primary documentation without errors
  • Confident skills in 1C / BAS, experience in recording business transactions and reconciling documents
  • Knowledge of accounting sufficient for handling primary documents, expense reports, inventory records, and business trips
  • Understanding of tax legislation requirements related to VAT, primary documentation, and charitable assistance
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with employees, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of accounting data
  • Stress resistance and quick adaptation to changes in procedures
  • Proactivity and initiative in improving accounting processes
  • Location: Kyiv (office-based work)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation, review, and registration of employees’ expense reports; control of timely submission of reports and documents
  • Preparation and processing of business trip orders, calculation of per diems and compensations, and accounting of related operations
  • Verification of incoming documents in the accounting system: reconciliation of primary documents, correct recording of operations, timely documentation of receipts (acts, invoices, delivery notes)
  • Collection, systematization, and recording of invoice requirements across the company
  • Processing charitable assistance: preparation of relevant agreements/acts/invoices, full documentation support of transfers, and accounting
  • Conducting inventory checks: preparation of orders, inventory lists, reconciliation of balances, identification of discrepancies, and preparation of write-off acts
  • Maintaining order in paper and electronic archives, preparing documents for audits and inspections
  • Processing documentation related to company vehicles (trip sheets, fuel consumption calculations, write-off acts, etc.)
  • Performing other accounting tasks within the scope of competence
