REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Private Label field on Amazon
  • Knowledge of Helium 10, Keepa, Google Sheets, Product Opportunity Explorer
  • Experience in negotiating with Chinese suppliers
  • Experience in managing listings on Amazon
  • Analytical mindset, organization, ability to work in a team
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience in creating A+ content and interacting with designers/freelancers
  • Skills in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon
  • Experience in developing and managing email campaigns, working with external traffic
  • Ability to negotiate with influencers and organize promotional campaigns
  • Ability to develop an advertising strategy through external traffic

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential products and niches
  • Supplier Sourcing and Communication: Negotiating with suppliers, ordering samples, ensuring product quality and compliance
  • Product Development: Managing the product development process, including design or functionality changes, creating customized samples, and quality control
  • Amazon Listing Management: Creating and optimizing Amazon listings, including product descriptions and review management. Developing specifications for working with designers or freelancers to create A+ content, images, videos
  • Packaging and Inserts: Developing specifications for packaging and inserts, collaborating with designers and manufacturers
  • Logistics and Shipping: Coordinating product shipments to Amazon warehouses and managing logistics operations
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Organizing and managing PPC campaigns on Amazon, as well as working with external traffic sources (these skills will be a plus)
  • Marketing Campaigns: Developing and managing email campaigns, working with external traffic, attracting customers through social networks (these skills will be a plus)
  • Influencer Outreach Management: Negotiating with influencers and organizing promotional campaigns (these skills will be a plus)
  • Post-Launch Analysis: Conducting sales and marketing analysis after the launch of a product, collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve future products
  • Reporting: Regularly providing reports on the work done
