REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in the field of wholesale purchases for Amazon
• Knowledge of working with suppliers, experience in negotiations.
• Skills of working with Keepa or similar software.
• The ability to organize the procurement process and manage stocks.
• Analytical mindset, organization, ability to work in a team
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher

WOULD BE PLUS:

• Experience in optimizing procurement processes and reducing costs.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and production quality management.
• Skills in working with reporting and sales analysis
• Desire to develop into the role of a team leader in the direction of wholesale purchases for Amazon

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for suppliers: Identification and establishment of contacts with reliable and competitive suppliers, analysis of their offers and reputation.
• Conclusion of contracts: Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers, agreement on terms of supply, pricing and terms.
• Analysis of the market and competitors: constant monitoring of market trends, identification of promising products for purchase, assessment of the potential of new products.
• Procurement planning: Organization of orders from suppliers based on sales analysis, demand forecasting and current stocks.
• Inventory management: Monitoring warehouse balances, ensuring timely reordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Sales tracking and analysis: Analysis of sales of purchased goods, adjustment of strategies and adoption of measures to improve results.
• Work with suppliers on quality and deadlines: Control of production quality (based on reviews) and compliance with delivery deadlines, solving problems with shortages or delays.
• Optimization of procurement processes: Search for opportunities to improve procurement conditions, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of logistics processes.
