REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sphere: 2+ years
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) — would be a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers)
  • Solid understanding of product development/management concepts
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements (BRD, user stories, use cases)
  • Experience in creating wireframes or mockups (e.g., via Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in AdTech or a similar domain involving complex technical platforms
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate sophisticated technical systems and integrations
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Business Owners and Product Owners to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications or user stories
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
  • Identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and planning sessions.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge bases
  • Support product launches with analysis and post-launch performance insights
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to internal processes or tools based on analysis
  • Participate in cross-team initiatives and tasks related to adjacent products
