REQUIREMENTS:

HARD SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Advertising networks activity within Video, Banner and XML, Ad servers and SSPs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • English — upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well with a team
  • Strong computer skills, deep knowledge of MS Excel

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Being able to be comfortable with digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent storyteller&communication skills
  • Being comfortable with deep-diving into the technical aspects of the problem
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Able to handle multitasking job

DESIRABLE:

  • B2B sales experience in the field of digital marketing and online advertising
  • Strong understanding of the advertising market
  • Account management experience in digital advertising
  • Experience in running video ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of VAST and oRTB protocols
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Knowledge of Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager and having Google Certificates

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to your client and being able to find and upsell new opportunities and explore untapped opportunities
  • Maintaining a deep and strong understanding of the platforms and tools used for adserving and analytics within the company
  • Optimizing current ad campaigns are launching new ones
  • Collaboration with internal teams including product management, ad operation, traffic analysts, sales, and supply team to find and provide the best possible solutions
  • Understanding your client’s needs and requirements and translating them for your team leads
  • Building long-lasting and fruitful relationships with the client through verbal and oral communication and handling the client’s needs in a timely manner
