REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management
• Experience in media and advertising (preferably digital or TV advertising)
• Proficiency in financial tools: 1C, Excel, banking systems, CRM
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting
• Attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and punctuality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in Ukrainian, English is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, process, and analyze financial data to monitor company performance
• Build and maintain management accounting systems for revenue and expense tracking
• Prepare key financial reports, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
• Oversee cash flow, manage payment processes, and ensure budget compliance
• Analyze financial metrics to optimize costs and improve profitability
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial agreements with clients and partners
• Automate financial processes and improve accounting systems
