REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, ad operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and industry trends
  • Experience in working with programmatic platforms/programmatic ad servers and/or Google Ad Manager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interact with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Familiarity with OpenRTB protocol and sellers.json initiative
  • Experience managing CPM, CPC, CPA online ad campaigns is advantageous
  • Previous international work experience
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager
  • Knowledge of Header Bidding technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take the operational lead in the Ad Operations Team, overseeing their day-to-day work fostering their professional development, and ensuring timely execution of department workflow.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with all Advertising partners.
  • Work closely with key Advertisers to monitor performance and optimize integrations for maximum efficiency
  • Prepare, implement, QA, and ensure accurate and timely Advertiser launches.
  • Manage ongoing integrations success through regular performance monitoring, optimization, reporting, analysis, and insight, making recommendations as needed
  • Work closely with Account Management team to ensure that customer’s maximum revenue potential is achieved
  • Collaborate with other team leads to establish revenue goals, targets, and KPIs
  • Report on performance analysis to key stakeholders, identifying issues, and developing strategies for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue per ad impression across various advertising formats and channels
  • Monitor advertising activities to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Technical teams to build and manage yield optimization strategies
  • Oversee the development and improvement of internal yield tools, implementing new strategies to optimize workflow and identify opportunities
