REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally with 1+ year in a leadership role
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive and implement changes
  • Understanding of digital advertising and programmatic solutions
  • Experience working with direct clients and brands
  • Own portfolio of clients
  • Ability to build a systematic approach to sales and team development
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Location: Kyiv (hybrid work format)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy in the digital advertising direction
  • Mentor and manage the sales team: goal setting, motivation, and professional development
  • Build efficient sales processes and client interactions (from the first contact to contract signing)
  • Develop partnerships with key clients, advertisers, and agencies
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts
  • Identify new business growth opportunities and drive scaling
