REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on performance evaluation and employee adaptation
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (must have)
  • Experience in writing policy and corporate news

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR certifications, trainings, courses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives
  • Monitor and support employees during their adaptation period to ensure successful integration
  • Maintain HR systems and documentation
  • Writing corporate news according to corporate standards
