REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on performance evaluation and employee adaptation
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Upper-intermediate level of English (must have)
- Experience in writing policy and corporate news
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR certifications, trainings, courses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives
- Monitor and support employees during their adaptation period to ensure successful integration
- Maintain HR systems and documentation
- Writing corporate news according to corporate standards
