  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience working with internal HR policies and employee onboarding
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with employees
  • Decision-making skills and the ability to independently choose the best approaches to finish tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, stress resilience
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new employees, introducing them to the team, and providing ongoing support
  • Organizing team-building activities, corporate events
  • Supporting performance reviews and creating development plans
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts
  • Optimizing HR processes, documentation, and fostering corporate cultures
