REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of an IT Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience conducting interviews
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work with platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and others
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage recruitment processes independently
  • A high level of communication, responsibility, and organizational skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Searching for and sourcing candidates for open positions (sourcing, screening, proactive outreach)
  • Creating well-structured and engaging job descriptions
  • Conducting interviews and providing timely feedback
  • Preparing and delivering job offers to candidates
  • Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database
  • Collaborating with team leads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
