REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in the role of an IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews
- Strong knowledge and ability to work with platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and others
- Analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage recruitment processes independently
- A high level of communication, responsibility, and organizational skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for and sourcing candidates for open positions (sourcing, screening, proactive outreach)
- Creating well-structured and engaging job descriptions
- Conducting interviews and providing timely feedback
- Preparing and delivering job offers to candidates
- Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database
- Collaborating with team leads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
