We are interested in people who are eager to grow and take part in building and improving complex technological products.
Our systems may include:
- advertising auctions
- RTB requests
- API integrations
- high-load services
We are looking for people who:
- enjoy diving into complex systems
- can analyze problems in a structured and consistent way
- don’t stop at the first difficulty
- strive to find the root cause of issues independently
- are able to work with large amounts of technical information
- ask relevant and clarifying questions
- can clearly explain how they arrived at a solution
- have a genuine technical curiosity about how systems work
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, status codes, DevTools)
- Experience with Postman or any other REST API client (sending requests)
- English level sufficient to read technical documentation
- Ability to follow clearly defined instructions when they are provided
We are NOT a good fit for candidates who:
- expect detailed instructions for every task / or, on the opposite side are afraid to ask questions when something is unclear
- expect every task to be described step-by-step
- cannot start working without a complete technical specification
- feel lost when tasks are described at a high level
- are not interested in technical details
- are not willing to work with network requests
- do not use DevTools / Network tab * avoid API testing
- are not ready to explore and learn products independently
- do not try to understand how the system works (processing logic and flow of events)
- focus only on UI testing * are not interested in backend logic / do not analyze what happens “under the hood”
- are not ready to work with complex products
- By “complex products,” we mean systems with interdependencies and tightly coupled components, where a single change can have cascading effects across multiple parts of the system
