REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Strong skills in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to work with them
  • Independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize
  • English level – B2
  • Location – Kyiv

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates to issuing offers
  • Handling 4+ open vacancies simultaneously
  • Conducting structured interviews and applying various candidate assessment methods
  • Communicating effectively with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and providing expert recommendations
  • Managing the recruitment funnel
  • Maintaining and administering the ATS
  • Planning working time independently and setting priorities effectively
