REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analytical skills and precision with data
- Solid experience with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar systems
- Familiarity with B2B data platforms like Snov.io, Similarweb, etc
- English: Upper-Intermediate+
- Proactive mindset, initiative in solving problems, and suggesting improvements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Validate and enrich outbound lead lists using Snov.io, Similarweb, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Segment and maintain lead data in Excel and HubSpot CRM
- Prioritize prospects based on traffic data, tech stack, and monetization potential (we’re working on ABM, account-based marketing)
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all contact records
- Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategy and process improvements
- Actively suggest new tools, sources, or methods for better lead quality
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience in a lead research or SDR role
- Basic understanding of digital advertising or AdTech
- Comfort working in remote, fast-paced environments
