Requirements:

  • English language level – Business Advanced;
  • IT work experience;
  • Experience as a sales/business development manager;
  • Knowledge of Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager (DFP) and other Google advertising products;
  • Understanding of PPC, CPM and CPA campaigns;
  • Experienced user of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.);
  • High motivation, desire for self-improvement, willingless to learn and grow with the company;
  • Proficient PC user and experience with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion;
  • Clear expression of ideas;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to achieve set goals and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple team members;
  • Positivity and enthusiasm;
  • International work experience (clients from the USA and the EU).

Desirable:

  • Experience in IT and digital advertising;
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting;
  • Proven management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn the basics of management.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for new leads and potential clients for the company’s products;
  • The full cycle of customer engagement (communication, offering the best integration option for the client, handing over the engaged customer to the account management team);
  • Communication with existing clients, solving business issues;
  • Monitoring the overall media buying process;
  • Analysis of user experience and feedback from partners, providing ideas for improvements.
