REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in IT support position, or degree in Computer Science.
• Extensive experience working with MS Windows operating systems.
• Skills in diagnosing, detecting and repairing PC problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service attitude.
• General understanding of local network infrastructure and topologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems.
• Remote user support via TeamViewer / AnyDesk.
• Maintain, monitor, support and set up IT infrastructures.
• Work with providers and technical document flow.
• Keep records of the equipment.
• Technical support of network equipment and company teams.
