REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar position at least 1 year
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of web/web-related technologies (REST API, client-server communication)
  • Experience with Web debugging tools (Chrome DevTools)
  • Previous experience in HTML/CSS/JS
  • Deep knowledge of MS Excel
  • English — Upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Result-Oriented and good communication and interpersonal skills

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Experience with Google Products: Google Ad Manager,Google AdSense and Google AdExchange

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain effective internal and external customer communication, provide a high level of support, and minimize escalations to the Technical Department
  • Be responsible for validating customer integrations
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues, providing customers with effective solutions
  • Monitor and take responsibility for the progress of all reported issues and bugs
  • Collaborate with various departments to handle customer requests
  • Notify partners of problems and assist in resolving arising issues
  • Contribute to improving the process for a smooth and fast customer integration
