REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar position at least 1 year
- Experience with technical documentation
- Strong understanding of web/web-related technologies (REST API, client-server communication)
- Experience with Web debugging tools (Chrome DevTools)
- Previous experience in HTML/CSS/JS
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel
- English — Upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Result-Oriented and good communication and interpersonal skills
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Google Products: Google Ad Manager,Google AdSense and Google AdExchange
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain effective internal and external customer communication, provide a high level of support, and minimize escalations to the Technical Department
- Be responsible for validating customer integrations
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues, providing customers with effective solutions
- Monitor and take responsibility for the progress of all reported issues and bugs
- Collaborate with various departments to handle customer requests
- Notify partners of problems and assist in resolving arising issues
- Contribute to improving the process for a smooth and fast customer integration
