REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Previous experience in HTML/CSS/JS
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to new requirements
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to set up, repeat, and document processes to ensure efficiency and transparency in work processes
  • English level — Intermediate+

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, adapting scripts and configuring systems
  • Preparing and documenting processes for future use and optimization
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to resolve current tasks
