REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience with technical documentation
- Previous experience in HTML/CSS/JS
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to new requirements
- Logical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to set up, repeat, and document processes to ensure efficiency and transparency in work processes
- English level — Intermediate+
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, adapting scripts and configuring systems
- Preparing and documenting processes for future use and optimization
- Collaborating with technical and business teams to resolve current tasks
