REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in PPC
  • 1+ year of experience managing a PPC team of 3+ specialists
  • Strong technical expertise in paid traffic channels — Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools — GA4, AppsFlyer; advanced dashboard building in Looker Studio; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and key metrics — CR, CPA, ROI, ROMI, ROAS, LTV — and methods to improve them
  • Technical knowledge of GTM (Server-side tracking is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills — negotiation, flexibility, well-reasoned argumentation, and finding solutions that work for both sides
  • Ability to build a full sales funnel (from awareness to conversion and retention) and create media plans based on business metrics (LTV, CAC, ROMI)
  • Experience with systematic hypothesis testing, landing page optimization (CRO), and scaling successful campaigns without losing efficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop an in-house performance marketing team
  • Participate in communication with partners and coordinate team workflows
  • Manage the team — including onboarding, training and development, motivation, regular feedback (team and 1-on-1 meetings), task assignment, performance evaluation, and involvement in recruiting new specialists
  • Monitor the execution of monthly and quarterly plans
  • Participate in preparing commercial proposals for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
