REQUIREMENTS:

• Level of English – Business Advanced, Romanian language
• Working experience in IT/AdTech
• Sales manager experience/Business development
• Acquaintance with Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager (DFP), and other Google Ad Products and programmatic advertising
• Understanding of PPC, CPM, and CPA campaigns
• Experienced user of CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
• High motivation, self-improvement, and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Strong computer skills and experience in the Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical skills

• Experience with Romanian publishers and webmasters, relationships with Media Companies and Publishing Houses in the region

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for new leads and prospects for the company’s products in Romania and WW
• Full cycle of Client onboarding (communications, the proposal of the optimal integration option to the client, passing the onboarded client to the account management team)
• Communication with existing clients, solving business issues
• Monitoring the overall media buying process
• Analyzing user experience and partner’s feedback and providing ideas on improvements

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Work experience in the fields of Adtech and digital advertising
• Data analysis and reporting experience
• Proven management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
