REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in information security, risk management, compliance, or GRC
  • Experience participating in ISO 27001 certification or compliance projects
  • Proven hands-on experience in successfully completing the full ISO 27001 certification cycle, from the initial stage through to obtaining the certificate
  • ISO 27001-related certifications (Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, Foundation)
  • Practical experience working with information security policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Understanding of information security risk management principles
  • Familiarity with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard and experience implementing or maintaining an ISMS
  • Experience preparing documentation for internal or external audits
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Knowledge of other frameworks and standards (NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27005)
  • Understanding of business continuity concepts (BIA, BCP, DRP)
  • Experience working with GRC tools or compliance management platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct information security risk assessments for business processes, assets, and projects
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including preparing supporting evidence and monitoring the implementation of corrective action plans
  • Assist in defining and implementing security controls and risk mitigation measures
  • Maintain and manage ISMS documentation (risk registers, policies, procedures, and compliance records)
  • Monitor compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in employee information security awareness programs
  • Assist in preparing documentation and conducting business continuity exercises (BIA, BCP, DRP), when required
