REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and sales process
  • Awareness of the importance of using negotiation techniques and sales scripts
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
  • Location: Kyiv (hybrid work format)

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience in digital media advertising sales
  • Experience working at a digital or media agency
  • Knowledge of media and advertising tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the market to identify advertisers with increased advertising activity
  • Analyze advertisers’ activity and market trends
  • Meet KPIs for outbound calls and client meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiations and contract signing
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and media plans
