REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales in a closing role (AE, Sales Manager, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of independently closing deals — not just generating leads
  • Experience with outbound sales motions (cold outreach, sequences, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency with core sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation tools, intent/signal platforms
  • Strong negotiation skills at the C-level / decision-maker level
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deals simultaneously without losing quality
  • Fluent Ukrainian, strong English (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or Digital Advertising
  • Familiarity with programmatic, sponsored products, or media monetisation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close on assigned accounts
  • Work inbound leads passed from BizDev/SDR team and develop your own outbound pipeline
  • Manage multi-threaded enterprise accounts — simultaneously engaging multiple decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery, product demos, negotiations, contract closure and hand-over to post-sales team
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on strategic accounts and escalations
  • Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets independently
