This internship is designed for law students or recent graduates interested in building a career in legal support within a modern, data-driven technology business. The program provides hands-on experience across IT law, corporate law, data protection, and digital advertising, working closely with experienced legal and business professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates who have recently obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably specialising in IT law, international law, commercial law, or intellectual property. Previous job experience is of little relevance

- We welcome young professionals with a strong interest in law, well-developed analytical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly and start from scratch
- Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B2+ level) is required. Additional foreign languages (Polish, Portuguese, Azerbaijani, etc.) are considered a great advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting, reviewing, and supporting negotiation of industry-specific legal documents aligned with our business models
- Developing strong skills in drafting and reviewing contracts under Ukrainian and international law
- Conducting legal research on complex and emerging legal issues;
- Gaining foundational experience in compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Participating in personal data protection processes in accordance with EU and US data protection legislation
- Getting a better acquaintance with the legal regulation of AI
- Collaborating with different teams across the company to strengthen legal understanding and cross-functional communication skills
