REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, ad operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and industry trends
  • Experience in working with programmatic platforms and Google Ad Manager / DV360
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take the operational lead in the Ad Operations Team, overseeing their day-to-day work fostering their professional development, and ensuring timely campaign launches
  • Maintain excellent internal and external communication, ensuring high-quality customer service for both internal and external clients
  • Establish and maintain good relations with all Advertising partners
  • Work closely with key Advertisers to monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency
  • Drive vendors to make optimal decisions to achieve revenue goals and monitor automated optimizations
  • Prepare, implement, QA, and ensure accurate and timely Advertiser launches Manage ongoing integrations success through regular performance monitoring, optimization, reporting, analysis, and insight, making recommendations as needed
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure that customer’s maximum revenue potential is achieved, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with other team leads to establish revenue goals, targets, and KPIs
  • Report on performance analysis to key stakeholders, identifying issues, and developing strategies for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue per ad impression across various advertising formats and channels
  • Monitor large-scale budgets and activities to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Technical teams to build and manage yield optimization strategies
  • Oversee the development and improvement of internal yield tools, implementing new strategies to optimize workflow and identify opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools, implementing relevant innovations within the department
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to achieve shared goals
